The standard blown film machine, blaX 1, is a perfect solution for a single-layer (monolayer) film made from HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE for general packaging purpose, at premium film quality and production efficiency.
Application of products include general packaging products, like supermarket bags, flat bags, T-shirt bags, and many more.
Film production width from 800mm to 2300mm, which could be customized upon requests. The specially designed and selection of screw and barrel provide optimum melting and mixing capacity to reach maximum extrusion output, allowing film manufacturers to use desired ratio of recycled material and CaCO3. High-precision crafted die head with air cooling ring provide stable film thickness control.
Specification- User friendly design of machine operation makes the adjustment of machine easy when changing film width, thickness, or even to a different type of final product.
